OBJECTS OF THE TRUST:
To utilize the income as well as the principal of the said Trust Fund for public, Charitable purposes that is for the Relief of the poor, Education and for other purpose having general utility, without discretion of caste, creed, colour or sex and to particularly carry out the following:
I. MAIN OBJECTS
a. To develop opportunities and serve the community of India in the areas of Education, training, employment, economic development, Social Service, Medical aid, relief work and rehabilitation of the handicapped.
b. To develop and implement specific programs to carry out the general objects State above.
II. Education:
a. To spread education with a focus on poor and under privileged children and for achieving this establish maintain run and develop schools including non- Formal education centers.
b. To identify the needy and deserving children of the backward society and give Them financial assistance, food and tuition fee.
c. To establish and run special coaching centers- specially to cater to the weaker Students of the weaker section.
d. To run adult literacy programme in Tamil, English and other languages.
e. To provides Scholarship to needy deserving students.
f. To provide hostel facilities to deserving poor students.
g. To Establish, maintain or accrue library, reading rooms, audio video centers Specialty for the benefits of poor students.
III. Training:
a. To train and equip the members of the community so as to be self-supportive in honorable and decent way of life, and develop them into a good healthy and progressive citizens.
b. To develop training programmes to impart a wide range of skills, specially in Information technology and for operating sophisticated office equipments and Gadgets, which will enable them to get good jobs or better jobs.
c. To establish and run leadership training programmes specially for people Prepared to work among the economically weaker sections of the society.
IV. MEDICAL:
1. To establish and run pediatric clinics at different centers for the benefits of children of the backward class in the society.
2. To establish, maintain run nursing homes or day care centers and crush for the benefit of children specially of the factory workers or labourers of the building constructions sites.
3. To provide comprehensive care to disabled mentally retarded, physically handicapped, speech detoured, visually impaired etc.
V. COUNSELLING SUPPORT:
To offer counseling help specially for children who find it difficult to cope up with life problems such as facing the future, harmful habits, drug addiction, alcoholism, emotional imbalance, financial pressure, anxieties, depression and interpersonal conflicts in family or society.
VI. SOCIAL ACTIVITIES:
1. To afford relief to people disable to natural calamities like flood, training and epidemic.
2. To establish maintain manage and administer homes or orphans for helpless children to provides food, clothing and education to bring them upon good and useful citizen of the country.
3. To carryon relief among harden street children.
4. To establish and run projects for encouraging the people of the weaker section in thrift and saving and also to start income generating projects.
5. To establish and run Youth Chits, Mahila Samajam, Children’s club, Sports club etc.
VII. OTHER OBJECTS INCIDENTAL OR ANCILIARY FOR THE ATTAINMENT OF THE MAIN OBJECTS;
a. To accept donations, grants, presents and other gifts to deal with the same for The purpose of the Trust.
b. To acquire movable and immovable properties by purchase, lease or otherwise And to construct building on the land purchased for the purpose of the Trust.
c. To invest the Funds or deal with the same as the Board of Trustees may deem Fit, to carry on the objects of the Trust effectively.
d. To enter into any arrangement with any Government authorities whether Central, state, Local Municipal or otherwise in pursuance of the Trust to obtain from any such Government authority all rights, privileges that may deem conductive to the objects.
e. To pay the cost, charges and other expenses preliminary and incidental to the Formation, establishment and registration of the Trust and
f. To generally to do all such other things as are incidental or conductive to the Attainment of the above objects.
